wembley67lisbon
Might we see the first ever OG for a manager?

Jagtag
I wish him all the best. They are going down though so he'll need to plan for next season.

Robroysboy
Will always be remembered for that goal against France, goodluck Gary I wish you well in your new career.
usainboltyarocket
Really liked him as a player. However I have a feeling his teams will defend poorly.

diamond
Hope he gets relegated on Friday night. Get it up ya . This was always the plan with Gary but happened a bit sooner than expected hope he can at least get us playing some decent stuff again. Squirrelhumper
All but ended David Fernandez's career with a cowards tackle.

Has he been coaching? Seems a bit of a risk handing him that job. Never rated him as a player I must say but in fairness to him his attitude was first class. Have a soft spot for Wigan as a good mate of mine is daft on them so would like to see you boys turn it around.
RenfrewBlue
No idea if he'll be a good coach or not but he was a truly awful defender. Constantly out of position or caught wrong side, poor timing of tackles but reasonable in the air. Wouldn't get a game for Scotland now even if he was in his prime as he isn't good enough, which says it all really. I hope he does well at Wigan as I always Want the Scots coaches to succeed. RenfrewBlue
Nothing like a Rangers minded post! :-DDon't be a tit. I couldn't care less what teams he played for, I can only comment on the player as I saw him. Not a very good defender basically. To be totally honest I've seen him play more often for Wigan than Celtic so it's more accurate to call me anti-wigan except I'm not. And your twisted mind can't apparently handle that. I'd rather have him than McCulloch Or Moshni though.

kps022000
Wigan don't have a hope in hell at staying up. Comfortably the 2nd worst team I have seen at Fulham all season (Fulham being the worst). Good luck to him next season.
PASTA Mick
It will be interesting to see how he does next season in League 1. Wigan have lost all their decent players and it's no surprise that they are going down with Blackpool.
