According to him the rumour mill is that a substantial investment will announced in the Huns from China. Apparently Gerard was hanging back on signing up until he was confident the money would be forthcoming.A central part of the deal was the involvement of some of Liverpool’s youth coaches, particularly the guy that went to São Paulo for six months. I saw a couple of quotes from King earlier today saying that there is no major investment coming, but I never know what to take from his comments. There is apparently a press conference tomorrow where King will discuss various subjects, including the shares.
