Scunnered
I discussed this with a pal. The band description points towards Placebo but dont think they had an album cover as described http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Molko I had no idea he 'grew up' in Scotland. I used to enjoy a bit of Placebo in my younger days. I seen them at a festival, think it was Reading 2003, and I'd been looking forward to 'Special Needs', I remember them starting the song, then I woke up as it was finishing, someone had slid behind me taking my legs away then my mate who'd ran over to help me up had lost his footing and landed knee first on my head knocking me out cold. Toepoke
The amount of women Brian Molko's pumped would make George Best... And even myself blush I read an interview with them when they said they were 50% gay. One member was gay, one was straight and the third did anything with a backbone... Craggers
Only cover I can think of is Mogwai's Travels in Constants EP. Photo from Lisbon in 1967 so doubt it's the one you are looking for. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travels_in_Constants,_Vol._12
