Cameron in PMQs today says he tried to agree a date for a debate with STV, "but they seemed to run away" Surely he can't say he won't agree to a debate now?? Sky, BBC, STV, anyone - make this happen. Makes sense if they have no other option (which they don't). Everyone expected Salmond to wipe the floor with Darling in the first debate, and he didn't. They do have another option though and that's not to send Cameron. IMO, even listening to Cameron is a vote loser for No. Even if Cameron somehow won, there's not many in Scotland who wouldn't grudge voting for an Etonian Tory.
