For anyone making the road trip from Boston to Miami after tonight’s match, Tarboro, NC is a strong overnight stop.

 

It breaks the drive almost perfectly:

 

Boston to Tarboro: about 10.5 hours
Tarboro to Miami: about 11.5 hours

 

We’re right off I-95 near Rocky Mount, about 15 miles from Exit 138, with hotels, Airbnbs, local food, local beer, and a proper small-town Southern welcome.

 

Also — if you want a real American night out while you’re here, the Tarboro River Bandits baseball team has home games this weekend at Tarboro Municipal Stadium.
