If a small club like Saints can do that it is fucking shambolic that bigger clubs like Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen keep coming out with utter shite like they do, and then whine their excuses to a media that wants to talk about how shit we are.Β Β If only passports where required for FifeΒ Quote

Diamond Scot Posted July 28 Posted July 28 Watched the Hearts game tonight. Not the same class as Stum Graz and will be the same in the Europa qualifier aswell however they still look like they will be levels above the non OF teams domestically thia season. Thet wont make a title challenge this year unless both the OF are just as poor which they wont be howeverΒ comfortable 3rd place, european group stage football and a positive balance book from player sales against purchases would be a very good season and demonstrates progress for them. I think they have already made a profit on player sales and still might cash in big on Braga. Quote

That's a bold prediction off the back of one European match and considering the unpredictable nature of clubs below the OF. Aberdeen have made a lot of signings and jettisoned some dead wood but how they perform is up in the air, I'm sure the same could be said about Hibs.Β I'm not making a prediction that Aberdeen will challenge hearts because it's impossible to tell how these teams will perform this season Quote

I still think they will comfortably finish 3rd in the league though. Biggest thing will be mentality. Will be interesting to see if they have retained any of the must win attitude they had last season or if they revert to the non OF thing of accepting draws when behind in games etc Quote
