Anybody got World Cup tickets in the FIFA WC 2026 app yet?

There are strangely two FIFA WC apps available, just in case not everybody is aware. - THE FIFA WC 26 app & also the FWC2026 mobile tickets app.

I have the both, but the FIFA WC 26 app has account details & where I can see Haiti ticket at present.

You can also sign in to the FWC2026 mobile tickets app, which does look similar to Hampden app but shows no tickets FOR me at present-it’s the same log in for both. Much less account info on the mobile tickets app.

If ticket (Haiti) shows in FIFA WC 2026 (for me) but not in FIFA FWC2026 mobile tickets app, I must admit I find that confusing.

I am assuming as the second one which is titled FIFA FWC2026 mobile tickets app this is where they will eventually all show, but as I say my Haiti is in the first one??

You think before dropping any tickets into either app FIFA would send an email to all ticket purchasers to explain

You should be able to see ALL of your purchased tickets through the "FIFA World Cup" app (or whatever the Apple equivalent is). The "tickets" section is essentially an embedded version the FIFA ticket website. It should look pretty much identical to the FIFA website when you log in to the ticket purchasing portal (either last min sales or marketplace). From there you should be able to see your ticket purchases. Ticket purchases should have been visible here from as soon as they were purchased. (i.e. https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/canadamexicousa2026/tickets)

The new "FWC2026 Mobile Tickets" app is where the actual tickets will appear (barcodes will activate closer to the time). Suggestion is that tickets have been arriving into the new FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app over the last few days and will continue to be rolled out, so no panic if they haven't arrived yet. (Mine haven't). I believe you get an email when they are ready in the app.

Many thanks, however, checking online FIFA account. All my tickets are detailed there for all games & have been since purchased. 

I have been checking over the last week to see if they (tickets)had dropped into FIFA mobile tickets app ( i had been checking regularly over recent weeks to see when new FIFA WC 2026 mobile tickets app would become available & it was only there a couple days back)& nothing /no tickets as of yet, but checking on the FIFA WC 26 app 2 days back, the Haiti ticket just came up & shows ONLY on the FIFA WC ticket app (no others matches) i.e. NOT the FIFA mobile tickets app. I fully expect them to all show on mobile tickets app eventually, but my point is (no doubt not explaining maself well) is that I found it odd finding the Haiti ticket in the clunky  FIFA 26 WC app but not mobile tickets app.

Hmm strange. I'm on android and the ticket link on the FIFA World Cup app is essentially a carbon copy of the FIFA ticket website; i.e. everything I can see in one I can see in the other. Nothing has appeared in my FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app yet. Are you on Apple? Perhaps it's different...

AYE i am certain they will eventually appear in the mobile tickets app, just thought no sign of anything on either app until Haiti one has just appeared on WC 2026 app only couple days back-was not there before & is not & still isn’t on FIFA WC 2026 mobile tickets app-just find it very odd, but I am rabbiting on again 😂 cheers

My tickets confirmation and details of all games I have tickets for have always been in the world cup app, the ticket app as of yet has nothing.

Won’t be surprised if tickets appear one at a time, 24 hours before each game like they do on the Hampden app as both apps look identical so must run on the same sort of software feature.

Many people have their tickets in the new FIFA ticket app already ,that’s the concerning thing  as mine isn’t 😂😂 until that ticket is securely in the mobile ticket app then I will continue to panic 😂😂

I went into FIFA site & read in detail info with regard to tickets & how delivered.

there was an updated FAQ earlier today that explains / confirms what others have said & posted here on this topic.

FIFA confirm The tickets have started upload from 18 May to the FWC2026 mobile tickets app. 

Tickets for people who have multiple match tickets may be delivered at different times - an email notification will be sent when the tickets are available in the FWC2026 mobile tickets app, again as people above have pointed out.

The QR code for specific match will load  a ‘few’ hours before turnstiles open apparently, similar  to Hampden app although that usually has QR code first thing in morn. 

appears possible it was a glitch I have a sole notification couple days back on the general FIFA 2026 app of the Haiti game ticket only, it wasn’t there prior to Monday.

i know i am posting info people will already know, but just in case….

Yep, had emails waiting for me this morning and tickets has appeared in the app. Not SSC tickets. They must be sending them out in batches; I'm sure they'll arrive soon!

No email for me, just a notification on my home Screen to say tickets were now in app, which they were 👍🏼

Got an email this morning saying Morocco ticket (non SSC) was in App and sure enough it is. Still waiting for two SSC tickets

Nice one. Are your tickets through the SSC or through FIFA marketplace?

I’m still waiting for mine to come through but encouraging to hear others are getting them through now so must be not long now for me to receive mines too.
