Best way to buy tickets?

Yesterday, 8 May, I purchased two Category 1 tickets (Section 116) ,for the Haiti game through Vivid Seats: total cost £950 for both tickets, including fees.

Both tickets were transferred to my FIFA account within 3 hours, even though during the purchase process it stated that the tickets would only be received on the day of the game.

The reviews for the app and their customer service are terrible.

 

Three of our group used them with no issues for the Haiti match. One got their ticket within 24 hours, the other two within a week.

Just be wary they put an insane amount of fees on top of the ticket price.

Once u select the ticket, the final total cost appears before u select the method of payment.  As a rule of thumb If the ticket is listed at say 360.00 GBP, the final cost will be around 470 to 490 GBP

471.00 GBP

Use https://seatpick.com/world-cup-tickets

It compares a few resale sites (including Vivid) and if you go to the filter button you can select "Show prices including seller fees".

Don't forget Fifa Marketplace. Currently Cat 1 tickets for Haiti game for $690 (£500) including FIFAs rip off fees and Cat 2 for $489(£360), which may be better value than the third party sites.

Not entirely sure how this works but I believe that you can buy direct with credit card.

Yes thats how I’m reading it as well, RTT does seem a guddle.

It's not single seats. Essentially however many RTTs you buy on FIFA collect, that's how many seats together you get.

RTTs start to be converted to actual tickets from today, so it should be a little less muddy going forward, once people start getting tickets this way.
