I remember telling it, "I COMMAND you to go!" after it refused to move. 🤣 Then a more benevolent one appeared and wanted to keep me safe but I told it to go away as well. Pretty fkin unsettling I have to say, knowing this thing was in your room and getting closer until it seemed to be everywhere and I couldn't even turn to look at it. Never had anything like that before and will be quite happy if it never happens again. Revisiting the above stuff on this thread though it appears I got off pretty lightly. 😱 That's really interesting. I used to teach what I referred to as 'the spook course' to our year 11s (15/16 year olds). Allegedly it was part of PSHE/RS but it gave a bit of light relief as pupils approached their GCSEs. It was interesting to look at paranormal beliefs, think why do people believe things, were there any scientific explanations for phenomena etc. I remember showing a video about sleep paralysis that linked it to beliefs about the 'night hag', a demon that visited whilst you were sleeping. Interestingly enough there was also a young man who experienced something similar but rather than attributing it to a demon ('how medieval'), interpreted his symptoms in terms of alien abduction. I have found that the high risk times are when I am massively short of sleep or had a massive session the day before (its always the night after the day before, not the night of). i think its to do with not falling over from light sleep to deep sleep properly. My ex videod me having an episode and it wasnt good… lots of profanity… similar to the exorcist 😂 of course, instead of videoing me the bitch could have just woken me up!! Quote

I can understand your reluctance to take Klonopin! Quote
