What was the deal with the singing section

Was the singing section singing tonight?  We couldn't hear it in the East, and it didn't seem like the North were joining in with anything. Awful atmosphere tonight, once again. At least the kids in the family section gave it a go.

They never got the memo about updating the ticket app and didn’t get in

Think about this "singing section" is that it's just an area designation, as far as I am aware there's been no actual effort being put into getting like minded fowk into the section to create that group singing aspect.

It does seem like the energy in the singing section was lower than usual. Sometimes coordination between sections can be off, or key supporters might be missing, which affects overall participation. It’s encouraging to hear the kids were enthusiastic, though they can often lift the atmosphere and remind everyone what makes matchday fun.
