Couple of SSC emails recently asking us to update the Hampden app which requires a ‘registration code’. Email address entered and code requested however nothing arrives (checked all folders).

Anyone else had this?

Had a few issues but eventually worked..

 

checked my history and had me as having attended every female international… which I’d never do. So not sure it’s fully working as yet..

Yeah iv had exact same issue. It works for my email. My email iv used for sons has worked fine in the past but this time im not getting the verification code, tried 3 times.

Got my code eventually but my son’s didn’t come through. I’ll contact SSC this week.

Logged in ok, no tickets for upcoming matches showing, it might be a bit early, but it’s also wiped every ticket from past matches, including Aberdeen games I’ve been to at Hampden, no idea why. 
 

it does, however, record me as having attended the women’s game with Luxembourg yesterday, which I absolutely did not.

Aye I did read somewhere that past matches would be wiped (although Denmark game is still showing on mine with ‘Past match’ diagonally through it).

Too early for upcoming tickets to show.

Women’s match visible for me too 🤨

If you go through the new SSC portal (you can’t email them direct now apparently) they’ll send on the registration code. All sorted today 👍🏼

Thanks for the info. What do you mean thw new SSC portal? On the SFA website? Iv logged onto the account on the SFA website but cant see anything talking about the hampden app.

The email I sent initially, to ‘supporters@scottishfa.co.uk’ came back with the below. Click that link and follow for ‘Hampden App’ issues. It takes you to the correct page where you can email them through that 👍🏼

Iv sorted it now, im a dunce. It had went to my Gmails junk folder. Thanks for info though

For some reason the Support Portal is not recognising my log-in details, even though they work for the online ticketshop. This is a mess!
