Ultimately there was no title celebration for us as Inverness got the job done against Hamilton so congratulations to them. The mission for Stenny now is to join The Caley in the Championship next season by successfully negotiating the playoffs. First up for us is a semifinal against Queen of the South. They pumped Alloa 4-1 yesterday to leapfrog the Wasps and finish third. Alloa and Airdrieonians will clash in the other semifinal. The action gets underway on Tuesday so not much rest for the teams involved. There should be a good Stenny crowd down in Dumfries on Tuesday night for the first leg. Mon the Warriors! Quote

But we are through to the final and will face Alloa for the right to play Championship football next season. First leg at Alloa is on Wednesday night at 1945, second leg at Stenny on May 16 with a 1730 kickoff. Both matches on Alba. Quote
