My Morocco ticket was $220 (roughly £165).

Well yes, I'm going to doubt that most of the stadium was "bandwagon jobs". I'm sure some were.

Well there were 3 different price levels for three different games so that's not a simple answer. Plus the top 500 or so got them for $60 per match which was the same for every country (apart from Iran). 

I paid an average of £168 for each of my tickets at Cat 3 level. I think Haiti was $140, Morocco was $160 and Brazil was $220. With exchange rates and currency charges it worked out at £167 each. There were about 2,000 tickets available at those price levels. There were also 1,000 Cat 2;s and 1,000 Cat 1's which without looking up the historic prices were somewhere between £300 and £600 per games I think.
