For each match that is oversubscribed, we will conduct a ballot following the Final Deadline using the loyalty point system to determine who is successful in receiving their chosen category ticket, starting with the highest of 32 points and working our way down the points ladder until all eligible members have been allocated tickets for their chosen category.

That's not what it means. I know it's confusing but but tickets will be allocated based on loyalty points. You will get tickets before a 13 pointer will.

You have the wrong end of the stick. You apply for tickets. Once they are locked in (in January) the SSC then go down the list and allocate based on points. 32-19 pointers can pick any ticket they want. 18 and down, it’s whatever is left AND whether you have chosen the correct category. 
 

It doesn’t matter if you apply on the first minute or the last second. Although the SSC want you to apply by a week to give them a chance to recommend different categories to people.

Do yourself a favour and read the guidance from the SFA and it might calm you down a bit.
