URGENT - issue connecting my son's SSC to a new unique email

HELP - I need some urgent advice. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the SFA/ SSC on the phone (always engaged) and by email (no response) and social media (same - no response). 

 

I am a member of the SSC with my boys and my dad. We are hoping to get World Cup tickets as we did for the Euros. However my eldest has now turned 18. I made sure I bought him an adult membership but he does not have a separate email connected to his SSC membership number as I have traditionally organised and bought all tickets using my friends & family. 

 

Reading the FiFA tickets info the SFA sent by email and the single ticket rule, it sounds like he must he set up his own SSC account using his membership number and linking it to a new email of his own - is this correct?

 

I have tried this but I cannot log in to do this using only his SSC ID number because all SSC numbers in my friends & family are all connected to the one email - my email. However, the password for my email is not the password for his SSC ID - it’s connected to my SSC ID - so how would I get round this?  

 

Part of the problem of course is that my son has loyalty points and if I don’t get him recognised with a separate account that links him to his SSC ID number he won’t get the benefit. Please help.
