This is what it said on the conformation email of buying a ticket.

An Away Match ticket(s) will be sent via the method detailed on the sales schedule.

On the sales schedule email it said fuk all about distributing tickets as far as I can see.

U will get an email saying that the ticket is now in the app 

And that's where you will find it.

That's what has happened previously 

Probably @48 hours before kickoff
