exile Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Hibs take the lead, away to Midtjylland (from McGrath free kick) Quote
Hertsscot Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Not a single Scot in Dundee Utd's starting 11. Depressing. Quote

Hertsscot Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Good draw for Hibs this evening. Hopefully they can complete the job next week. Quote

Diamond Scot Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Brilliant result by Hibs. Will still be big underdogs in the 2nd leg but hopefully can get a full stadium and not lose an early goal. Poor by Dundee Utd even though they won. Tie still in the balance and they really should be putting a few past a team like that. Quote

RanelaghScot Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Given our not so glorious European record when we get there recently I was expecting a 90 minute pumping in Denmark but that is some result for Hibs given Midtjylland's recent Champions League qualifying outings and Europa League campaigns. Will be a tough 2nd leg but we've given ourselves a great opportunity so mission accomplished for the 1st leg. Quote

Thought the Hibernians played very well tonight against opponents of a higher calibre, I’d imagine SDG will be delighted not just by the effort but by everyone sticking to their task with 8 out of 10s all round. Hopefully we get right into them from the kick off next Thursday as they are definitely suspect at the back, GGTTH Edited July 25, 2025 by dan cake Quote

I hope those in attendance get an AEK Athens 2001 styled atmosphere and this time we go through. Quote
