Just seen this on FaceBook. He posts up the impossible to find link from the Greek FA for tickets. Hopefully come in useful.

Sounds like the rumour of it being a sell out is just that.

”I've been going to watch Greece and Olympiacos for many years with a greek mate of mine. Not sure where the information that Greece have sold out has come from as Tickets infamously only get released days before Greece and Olympiacos games. Went to Holland Greece last year and we only got tickets about 4 days beforehand. Tickets should be available from here https://www.pame-ethniki.gr/gnfc/showProductList.html?changeLanguageTo=en. In terms of safety, I've been in many away ends as an obvious non greek and had nothing more than a few confused looks. I would be surprised if any fans gave the TA trouble. Hard to say how officials might be about letting in fans in kilts/Scotland shirts so that may be where the bigger risk is.”

Are you saying that some more tickets might go on sale for the game.
Our flights and hotel for me and the misses can’t be cancelled so I’ll think we’ll just take our chances!

I read that Facebook post as saying the Greece end tickets haven't gone on sale yet.

The Scotland end tickets have gone on sale, they are all sold out.

If you're happy to go in the home end I'd say go for it, but you might want to keep a low profile and measure your reactions if we grab a last minute winner.

Not for the away end. But it sounds like the home ones haven’t even gone on sale yet. No idea where the “sold out” rumours have come from.

I think I’ll maybe just buy a ticket through Ticombo again and take my chances but will try and make myself as inconspicuous as possible.
I’m in Thailand right now- has anyone called the SFA to see if there’s any hope of getting more tickets, particularly if they haven’t sold their own tickets yet.

Just from the look and the layout of the stadium I’d say it’s very unlikely. It’s an enclosed away end.

I’m saying none of the home end tickets have gone on sale yet.

Ticombo will be some enterprising Greek lads taking your order and waiting for them to go on sale before buying them. I’m assuming the link I posted above is the link to buy direct. Cut out the scalper middle man and buy direct. If you are going in the home end, at least pay £17 instead of something like €170.

Yes, it’s a 1600 enclosed away end.

SSC are telling me that I unsubscribed to their mailing lists back in Sept 23 yet I’ve had emails since then with sales schedules 🤷

They’ve said unlikely they will be allocated anymore and away fans have to submit passport info for the Greek authorities to process. Hence the tight sales schedule.

Anyhoo I’ve missed out on the home end, so incognito in the away end it is 😂

Incognito in the home end with a UK passport to get entry?

Doubt they’ll ask home fans to provide passports. I’m happy to take the gamble.

Home fans will have their tickets on the Greek government app which requires you to have authenticated a Greek passport or social security ID.

So it’s possible to buy a ticket as a non resident of Greece for the home end

I read it as you are not Greek but are resident in Greece. There is a detailed onfo sheet to click on which tells which type of ID needed.

I bought a ticket for a club game in Greece and was able to gain access with my UK passport.  Their rubbish app wouldn’t recognise my passport so I had to show my ticket with my name on it and my matching passport.

I suppose you could try and do the same for an international game using a passport from the visiting country, but I’d imagine you’d be told to piss off.  But I don’t know.

All I’m saying is that it’s not like France or Norway where you just wave your ticket for the home end at the guy in the kiosk and in you go.
