That's the "UK" not Scotland, Israel are commiting genocide. Can't understand how sanctions apply to Russia and Belarus but not Israel!?

I think that is just guess work based on where Belarus have played the majority of their games, but Israel are playing Italy in Debrecen on the same day, which might complex things, with Hungary playing Portugal the next night in Budapest.
