Anyone having problems with the ticketing system today

I want to buy 5 tickets - I can assign tickets to my brother grandson and his girlfriend but cant assign one to my wife and even more bizzarely cant buy one for myself even though Im logged on to my account. All Friends & Family links are active

Just an update - tried to contact by phone - always engaged. Tried out buying two tickets for SWNT v Netherlands. Surprise surprise I can get two tickets for my wife and I no problem

Total murder getting tickets this morning. The seat plan didn't show up on my laptop. All the seats were greyed out on my phone. Finally managed to buy seats on an old tablet. Whose idea was it to use pale blue dots on a grey background?

Something also seemed to be wrong with the refresh speed when zooming into seating areas. 

All done now though.

FINALLY !

It appears that when you select your seat you must select the correct price tarrif for each individual seat. Since I bought 5 adult tickets my wife and I selection were greyed out because we were seniors.

Now sorted but thanks to call centre.

My pals son got a membership today (junior). Added him to friends and family and his name appears on the list but not his membership number. Tried to buy five match package for us all but his name is greyed out when I try and allocate a junior ticket to him. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening?

Hi, I bought the 5 match package but I’m on holiday for the Iceland game on Friday 6th June if anyone wants my ticket. North stand good seat

I had exact same problem.
Had to log into his account (via spoof email my 7 year old never uses!) then change DoB.
Once I did this then it all magically worked.

Absolutely crazy that small kids are expected to have their own email address / account.
Plus transferring the tickets is bit of a paff.
