Ah yeh now you mention it I did notice that, but didn't twig about the 21 points. It was just drop downs with the points level you could choose.

Never, ever, underestimate the SSC's ability to make an utter shambles out of something relatively simple. It wasn't broken before so why they've tried to do it differently and made a complete rickets of it Lord alone knows! 

They are clearly going to have to cancel the sale and start again but that's a joke. And it took them more than 90 minutes to notice and pull the sale down, I can't find anything on social media (I'm not on Twitter though?) and their phone lines are engaged. I've planned my work diary around this as was on the cusp of tickets. I'll probably be ok with a sale later this week but maybe others can't reorganise so easily.

I've heard only those that were not entitled will be cancelled but it's hard to see how that's practical. It's bound to be easier to cancel everything and start again.

It’s been working for previous away games.  
 

Why did they fuck about with the user interface and have a ticket selection drop down for every point category? 
 

If they’ve got any common sense they should take an extract of all the sales and just cancel the ones that weren’t entitled to purchase.  No doubt though that they will take the lazy way out and cancel all sales to restart again.

This is the scandalous thing about the whole situation. 
 

My old man had an issue this morning with his account showing 19 rather than 20. Managed to get through and point uplifted. But won’t show up on the system until tomorrow. Almost thank fuq the system went tits up. Something to do with the Greece home game. 
 

Fingers crossed he’s back on the 20 points for tomorrow’s sale. 
 

Did tell him you need to check your points after practically every game.

Stupid useless arseholes.So take it these characters who didn't have the points were just putting in that they had 21 points or more in the drop -  down option then.Is there not some sort of check between the points they said they had and the points that are actually showing against their supporters club number? There is only two reasons for this shambles.The sfa are either gormless naive idiots if they didn't think the chancers would try and exploit this or they are just f..king useless.

SSC have very little accountability. I sent them an email a few months ago with a query and sent a follow up requesting some sort of acknowledgement to my first email as I did not receive any reply.

Still no response.

It's as though we are taken for granted.

Agree with both of these posts. Inexcusable after the Euros fiasco, plus it worked for the Greece game, which was oversubscribed, so how have they managed to fuck it up now?

Another good point. Folk swap shifts and generally shape their lives around the dates of the sales schedule. It's a massive inconvenience for a lot of folk when the SFA have to do this.
