Loyalty Points Issue or No Issue ?? - Euro 2024 - Tartan Army Message Board Jump to content

Came back fae Poland last Tuesday & just had a wee look at my SSC account & was surprised how quick on this occasion 2 points had been added to my account- I thought wow thats efficient !

Just browsing my account this morning to check any info about renewals of membership opening later this week & happened to check account loyalty points had dropped by 2 points. I.e. reverted to pre-Poland total.

I assumed as membership renewals due, the points added two years ago had been deducted (one point for renewal & one point for 3 previous membership renewals)-just to query it, I emailed the SFA & was advised no points had been added last week, for the Poland game & no membership points would drop off until after 31 December - Yet my points total had gone up two points last week & now deducted-checked with a pal who also had 2 points added last Wednesday & now total today was back down 2 points - so all a bit confusing !

Anybody had similar experience?

I am the opposite! Would have expected my Poland points to be added but nothing so far. I don’t know how it works as to how soon after games the relevant points are added. Anyone here who can explain it?

Well Croatia away was pretty quick , but I have known on occasion for it to be a few weeks- the thing with this occasion was that it went up 2 points last week then this week went down & same happened to a pal-after contacting the SFA they denied any points were added or deducted-a follow up email has been ignored-the fact was it did happen & there is / has obviously been an error or a glitch - its far from it being a big deal but the refusal to acknowledge this is really irritating….I intend to take regular screenshots every time there is a change to my total from now on

Where is the points numbers list? I can never find it! (the number of people listed per number of points)
