Hi All

Gonna head over to this last minute on my own hahaha.

How many points we think we need for a ticket? Will these points be added before the dish out of tickets for euros?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen the allocation, but expect it to be pretty generous.

I'd also expect 100% pickup 🙊

Yeh I hope so. I’m gonna go over anyway. Flights are only 200/300 return and match tickets are cheap cheap.

Any ideas on my second question folks?

Almost certain your 2 points gained in Georgia would go towards helping you get Euros tickets.

Firstly, I fully expect the SSC will see out the qualification campaign before looking ahead.

Secondly, the Euro 2024 draw doesn't take place until 2nd December.

Every gane in the qualifiers will count otherwise SSC would get a pile of grief. Even making the cut off point after Norway game at Hampden would only be fair if the euro tickets go in sale before the next friendlies - which I think is possible given euro tix already on sale.

It was 100% pickup in Georgia last time. However, if you dont get one I know folks through work in Tbilisi and will get info on home end to post here if needed.

Seem to be really taking their time announcing how many tickets we are getting for this one and sales schedule.

Im only going to go if I get an official ticket and as such rewarded with my 2 points after I attend.

The Georgian FA haven’t confirmed our allocation yet which is what I’ve been told when I e-mailed towards the end of last week.

Also I’m sure the ticket office will be wanting and ensuring a plan in place to ensure that folk will be buying to actually attending the game rather than just purchase for the sake of loyalty points so they’ve got a chance of Euro tickets for Germany next summer.

If it's 100 percent pick up over there, which is what they done in Turkey, it will go to zero points.

If its not 100 percent pick up at ~£2 a ticket I think it could sell out at high points.

Just my opinion.

I reckon 1to 2k max will travel due to the distance involved and three flights will put alot of people off.

Been before watch out for the belly-belly ( dont get ice or a salad), the aggressive roma gyspsies and the Russian Mafia honey trap.

See you in Tiblisi.

Looking to book up in the next couple of days, currently on 11 points. Do folk think that will that be enough for a ticket?

Yes if SSC do 100 percent pick up, which should be a no brainer as tickets will be £2ish.

Agree with that. Don't see more than 1200 or so going to this one. What with us having already qualified, the difficulty of flights and folk saving money for the euros this would be the obvious one to give a miss.

For me holiday's / time of work is an issue.

I can squeeze three days off and go with the charter from Glasgow.

Five days off and two of those travelling doing three flights in and three flights back.

Not this time, very expensive but time is money.

I'll be surprised if it didn't.

Anybody that want's one should get one. Would be surprised with us having qualified and the flights required etc we don't return quite a few. Very rarely happens but think this will be one of them. Also 100%pickup.

I’m planning on going to the game but I’m no longer a supporters club member. If the points go to zero will I be able to purchase, or should I just buy tickets from the Georgia site which are now on sale?

thanks
