A calendar?!

They're taking the p*ss.

To be fair, its at least the first thing they have done to acknowledge the match is even taking place since the start of June (its their first post relating to the men's team since 29th of June).

Given home fans are just as much in the dark, and they will have to start selling tickets for the game soon, hopefully we will hear something very soon.

Well, from little acorns 'n' that.

Hopefully we begin to see some movement now.

I'm hearing various things and none of the Lodz, all Poland tho, annoying as fk!!!

I just booked Monday to Friday flights to Warsaw and will go with the flow. It does seem a bit like one of these mystery bus tours where you turn up not knowing where you're going. Despite the obvious problems that the Ukraine has, it's an easy one to pick a venue and let everyone, including their own players, make the appropriate arrangements. You can't imagine Germany or England being mucked about like this and UEFA doing nothing about it.

Don't get it. Why are Ukraine being allowed to mess us about. It's going to be in Poland,so what's the issue in deciding where in Poland?Nice to see that Ukraine appreciate the efforts we made in the lead up to the World Cup play off,not to mention the efforts we didn't make on the park.

Reading between the lines they're hoping to play in Ukraine and leaving it as long as possible hoping things get better , however unrealistic that is

There’s no way eufa can sanction a game in a country that’s at war, cruise missiles flying about in most regions of Ukraine. Can you imagine the insurance premiums for a game like that 😵💫

But what exactly is as 'long as possible'? The deadline has passed, so we have got to 'as possible' already!

If there is another unofficial deadline, which the SFA would/should know about, then we should be told as well.

Course we should, but let's be honest we are the last people they care about.

Think can close the door on Lodz now, only 6k at Dynamo's match v Graz last night.

Still think it’s favourite  , club sides still playing there and the international team been there twice . Easier to do the same again when they’re familiar with it . They aren’t getting a big crowd anywhere in Poland

Fair enough, but this contains no additional information for those wishing to make arrangements to attend the game.

Couldn't they at least tell us where the game WON'T be played as a start?

Most people in Ukrainian football circles feel Krakow is the best place to play a game... places like Lodz are just that little to remote.

Dynamo chose to play in Lodz because just the lazyness of the NT already played there... Shakhtar called in their "partnership" link with Legia Warsaw that they have (Dynamo have/had one with Wisla Krakow).

If they choose to go back to Lodz, its simply because they could not get a deal elsewhere and forgoing a big crowd in Krakow or Lublin where the majority of the pre-War Ukrainians live and now the majority of the refugee's live.

I booked Krakow a few weeks back Mon-Wed. It's an early flight out and late flight back so got enough swing for trains etc if the game is to be played in a different area of Poland......longing it'll be in Poland right enough 😂🤞🏻

Just what I was wondering , see nothing confirming that anywhere

Likewise. Would be great if people can reference the source when posting speculation in here. The last time it turned out to be "Nothing solid unfortunately".
