I booked 6 tickets for each of the home games on the day they were released. A few days passed and I had not received any confirmation so I tried calling but phones were constantly engaged so yesterday I emailed them. I received a reply saying that the confirmation had been sent to my son's email but he has not received it as have none of the members in our group. I have emailed them twice today asking them to resend but have had no response . I am now getting concerned so any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance .
