Eligable Angus Gunn was horrible for Norwich today. Should have saved / done much better with 3 of the 4 non pen goals today.

Looks very small in the goals

He can GTF. He has turned us down countless times. No doubt if we make the WC, he'll be up for a cap!

Can't walt to see Norwich and their cunty fans relegated.

Totally agree! They are pinning all of the blame for being a shite side on a kid who has always showed up and always given his all. If I was advising a promising young player on where to go on loan, I’d tell them to steer clear of that bumpkin club

Agreed. Gilmour has to get far, far away from that club.. Feel sorry for him..

Needs to get out as it’s getting toxic for him. Wrong place at the wrong time. He was actually about their best player today as well.

Norwich supporters are showing a total ignorance to where there team are in quality and seem to have decided that is all Gilmours fault 😂

Get him to a team with a possession based style and he’ll flourish again.

Norwich arent brave / comfortable enough on the ball for a player like Gilmour. Watched the game tonight, numerous times he made space to recieve the ball but either didnt recieve or got it after the player delayed meaning all Gilmour could do was play it safe.

Gilmour is really a 3rd person player. Ie player 1 gives gilmour (player 2) the ball whilst player 3 has no space.   Gilmour then draws the opposition out of positon and either pops it directly to player 3 or back to player 1 who then gives it to player 3. Thats why he was so good for Chelsea and for us. We now have players who are comfortable on the ball at the back and players further forward like McGinn and Christie who have good movement to recieve it. Norwich have neither. They would be better playing 3 at the back, having to 2 big lumps up front and just missing out the midfield and playing off scraps.

Totally agree. Norwich’s issues are widespread.

A player like Gilmour needs people who will give him the ball but also to have options when in possession. Has neither just now and they are totally impotent in attack.

Where would gilmour go next though he is quite lightweight for the premier league thats the main issue.

I can see him doing okay at somewhere like Fulham or Bournemouth

No danger does Gilmour need the championship for a level finder, other EPL clubs would line up to take him or he could go abroad, or to Rangers & play in some big European games

I'd rather see him in the championship for the rest of the season than see him play in two European matches

Suggesting rangers as an options is just as mental as suggesting be drops a league.

Size isnt his issue. He finds space and then finds a player. He just needs a team who are comfortable giving him the ball and have players who move to recieve it. Wolves, Brighton or Palace would all be ideal mid table clubs for him but he would fit right into Arsenal with their style of play.

He is a good player but he isn’t at the level we put him at though.

He is still far too lightweight to be significant at the middle to upper levels of the premier league .

Fulham would be very good fit with his style of play , giving him a relative pressure free atmosphere to fully develop and their style would suit him .

if Norwich suggest he returns he isn’t going to be going higher

It wouldn’t be ideal going to Scotland no, outside of Celtic the opposition is championship/league 1 standard so would agree the championship would be a better move than that, yet also a bad move.

I really like this analysis. I've been thinking something similar for a couple of games but couldn't put it into words.  This is spot on I think.

Goal for Mctominay.  Still think he would do a job as a box to box midfielder in a four with Mcginn, then gilmour and mcgregor behind them.

Yes, nice finish too. He certainly covers a lot of ground!...oh, and he's just had another great attempt from 25m ouit. Ronaldo with the rebound. Having a great game so far.
