Fits most of the key players in their best positons....apart from Tierney. So guess can only be played when he's injured as he's obviously too good to leave out and wouldn't want him being LCB in back 4 as he can't get forward then.

I think that formation would mean more fluid play in final third rather than the hit and miss system in place now.

I agree we should go 4-5-1 or similar. Tierney can play midfield or left centre half depending on the opposition.

Had a long spell out with injury. He’s fit again and will be promoted to Bayern’s second string this season. Possibly training with the first team from what I’ve heard.

Theres about 3 or 4 similar sized countries who consistantly produce better players than us. most other countries our size produce similar quality of squads or worse. our squad at the moment is pretty decent but its still unlikely we produce a squad that is significantly better. clarkes management has been decent imo, maybe could be a bit better but hes relying on guys who play in the english championship and hasnt got a natural goalscorer. Our squad has its limitations and clarke is trying to get the best out of it.

A younger coach with modern ideas would be a good shout, if Clarke doesn’t change his ethos which blatantly hasn’t worked. 

Qualifying is great but the performance at the finals themselves undermines his achievement and also displays on a very obvious platform his deficiencies when it comes to picking a team, making substitutions and most importantly changing something during a game when it’s very obvious to even the public watching that changes need to be made. 

The route 1 style also made us close to a mockery in those games and it’s really the England performance that has saved some face for him.
