Burj_Alba
Happy to see Fraser and Adams playing, fruitful partnership beckons.

Aye, that's my reading of it too. McTominay dropping back into a back three (but most probably with licence to get forward) alongside Hanley and Tierney. I’m not sure who set out the players in the order above. It could also be McTominay at right back in a 4-3-3.
mccaughey85
Surprising line up, is it a 352 with mctominay in defence?
er yir macaroon
If it is a 3-5-2 no doubt it’ll be changed to a 4 after a period of frustration.
henry george
Only concern is the McGregor/McLean partnership in midfield. Not much ball winning ability in there. We shouldn't need it........but we just might!!!

Anybody else and he should be nowhere near the team.
theabsentee
The game in which the future could have been given their debuts, Gilmour, Turnbull, Gauld & Nathan Patterson in that order are all ready yet we get the same old.. Anyway it is what it is so at least it looks a positive 3-5-2 selection though would have preferred seeing Nisbet get his debut over Dykes. Caledonian Craig
If I am being honest not the team I would have went for. But hey-ho lets hope they get the job done. 👍
ceudmilefailte
Fraser has played right back at Bournemouth so not completely impossible that might be were he starts. Hope I'm wrong but this won't be as easy as some expect.

We were well and truly shafted with the draws we got in qualifying all throughout that period. I'd love to try a best 11 of this century but it would be so difficult. McFadden would be the only guaranteed starter. I think Hutton would be too.
ThistleWhistle
Twitchy bum they could pinch an early goal if it takes us time to settle in.

For that reason we cannot afford to sit back like we did in the first half against them. Also we cannot let the tempo dip should we go a goal up. romanticscot
We should make short work of this lot regardless of what Clarke has biggest them up to be
SkyBlueScot
McTominay is really well forward.not a traditional back

romanticscot
Dykes could do better being aware of his team mates but everything else looking good. We are playing with pace and using the width of the park. Our defensive shape was a bit school boy on their long ranger.
