Sound of things the Turkey bid is the one interesting UEFA the most (while they got their fingers burnt with Poland and Ukraine, it does sound like that they want to try a out the way Euros again... I imagine also based on the Russia World Cup and how UEFA want to pride the Euros as being almost on a par with the World Cup) and imagine closely followed by Spain and Portugal. One has no consideration for the fans in terms of thousands of miles of travel if they want to follow their team throughout the tournament - it basically rules out the everyday man in the street that the World Cup used to be all about. Europe for example could share the group stages to a dozen countries with the knockout stages given to one country (the hosts) they would be the only automatic qualifiers with their opening group in their country. The last 16 through to the final could be in one pre-picked country. Then you just need to sort out where to play the round of 32 (if they have one).
