Gallagher and McTom they thought stick-ons but saw Tierney and Cooper as CB options. Remember Willie Miller and Levein arguing about Tierney and McKenna; Miller thought McKenna's strength would be pivotal while Levein wanted Tierney for his 'cleverness.' Guess it comes down to where Clarkes wants to put Scott McT. For a game of this magnitude he needs to be in central midfield I think. Think Clarke has been utilising McTom distribution from the back which was excellent tbf. Think his inclusion more than warrants the right centre back position (of a 3) after October’s games. You never know.. He tweaked it a bit. That's why he didn't take the penalty. Same injury as Fraser, difference is, Fraser had a weekend rest.
