weekevie04
Take it if you're a Weegie (all west coasters) it's north of Falkirk? I always thought it was the Highlands and Islands.
Fairbairn
I'd say north of Perth. I certainly wouldn't class someone from Stirling as a Teuchter.

Farcity
While we are at it, where is the invisible line on the map that seems to separate normal speakers from those that have that horrible nasal Weegie thing going on? It starts not too far west of Edinburgh somewhere, possibly as far north as Stirling, and most points South West from there. Does it change as you get older, what with growing more nasal hair? One of life's mysteries.

Yeah, and similarly, where does the line start and end east of which folk are condescending whanks about the way folk talk? 🙃
kumnio
The way that west coasters say definitely is something that needs sorted out. And people who say yes no at the start of a sentence, James Forrest is the worst.

McTeeko
No sure about teuchters but anything west of the Edinburgh City Bypass is a full-blown Weegoid.

My ex boss was from Bathgate, and had full weegie accent, but she wouldn't accept being called a weegie. She was wrong. Anyone south of Falkirk and west of Livingstone is a Weegie. Anyone north of Dundee is a teuchter.
