The last game had its moments though and if it wasn't for McGregor - well we might have been going to Tel Aviv in the Playoffs rather than hosting them again. I hope we can do it. A bit deflated about the away game. So much for the UEFA conspiracy and heated balls! Also, Bulgaria potentially have two home games to qualify for the Euros - after that hullabaloo about their racism. I think we'll sadly bow out in the final ; but come on Scotland, please change the script! Three months is a long time in football and players may be injured, or out of form so possibly all four of teams in the C Playoff may have issues come March. It'll be Oh So Scottish to put in a magnificent performance against Israel, say 3-0 win and then go to Belgrade 1-0 up before conceding in the 94 minute and then 3-0 on penalties! Having a quick peak of flights and quite tempted to book to Oslo with Norwegian - Monday to the Wednesday is quite cheap ; and if we don't make it ; or they don't make it then go to an Irish or Scottish bar and watch the final from there! Read somewhere that Lagerback is undefeated in 15 games at home! So have a feeling they'll see off Serbia either in ET or penalities ; then again the Serbs have some world class players and surely under achieving at the moment somewhat. I still think UEFA giving fans 5 days to book flights is a bit shit. Possibly considering the Nations League was a round robin, the best solution to this would have been the top seeds host a mini tournament (although a game too many for most clubs/international break if there was to be 3 games?) or the top seeds hosted all three matches. Could have had Easter Road hosting Serbia and Norway ; Hampden for us and then the final at Hampden.
