Travelling alone (aged over 70.) and arrive Monday afternoon and booking a central Ibis (either off Grand Place or Gare Midi Ibis.)  BCan I join in drinks with fellow supporters and go to and from match together?

Sure you'll have no issue with that at all. There's only two of us going but we're sure to end up gabbing away to other TA.

Anyone stayed around the Anderlecht area, primarily the Apart Hotel Brussels Midi... wondering how safe the area is like at night etc?

Booked the Hotel des Colonies in Brussels... 2 miles from the stadium

€179 for two nights.

Our hotel cancelled our booking 5 days before our flight to Brussels.

Thankfully it was a 'pay on the day' deal so we've managed to find a new hotel.

Hotel Aviation (25 mins from stadium)

Quite a few Scotland fans also staying there.
