Been tough trying to find a guest to come on in recent weeks, but Jackie McNamara wasn't shy! Called for McLeish to go and wants Steve Clarke in. Some really good insight to his Scotland career here as well. A tough professional relationship with Craig Brown, life under Vogts and play-off heartache.

Good podcast to listen to. Certainly doesn't hold back whatsoever.

Who should our next manager be?

Ben Ramage and I debate the credentials of some of the names linked with the vacant Scotland manager position. Steve Clarke, Slaven Bilic, Scot Gemmill, Derek McInnes and David Moyes have all been mentioned. The clock is ticking with only six weeks until our double header against Cyprus and Belgium..

Hi to all. Been absent for a while, been focusing on recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery. New episode now online to talk about the recent squad announcement.

Myself, Ben Ramage and Gordon Sheach, all TA members, discuss the necessity of Clarke figuring out his best XI over the Cyprus and Kazakhstan double-header.

Available on iTunes, Spotify and Google podcasts. I have some really good interviews lined-up with former players over the rest of the month.

Will hopefully give it a listen tomorrow. All the best with the ongoing recovery from the ACL reconstruction. Glad to hear you boys back on the pod, sorely missed the content last month.

Been months since I was able to secure a former player to come on the show, but here's a good interview with Steven Caldwell this week about his Scotland career.

12 caps over a 10 year period, played for five different managers.

Got off to a bad start with Walter Smith, and came to an unlikely arrangement with Craig Levein.

Loads of admiration for Craig Brown.. but not so much for Burley.

Also talks about his current job as Canada assistant and what's involved in that.

Available on Apple, Spotify, and Google podcasts.

Listened to it yesterday, fascinating interview and superb work teasing out so much detail. Caldwell came across very well.

Well worth a listen folks.

Just nudging this incase many of you are not regular listeners, its fantastic.

Totally agree. I'm guessing there will be one before the next game, but they sometimes do them after squad announcements.

If anyone knows of any other decent Scotland podcasts, I'd love to know about them. I really don't want to waste my time listening to club football podcasts just to get snippets of Scotland stuff.

Not a Scotland pod, but Football Cliches never disappoints.
