DonnyTJS
I'd very much doubt that distillery in Norfolk produces 1% of Britain's whisky. In whisky terms they've only just started. There's also a distillery in Penderyn, Wales, but they've also only just started. http://www.welsh-whisky.co.uk/ Bushmills would be more likely to make a dent in Scotland's 100%, but whether Antrim is counted as British and whether you recognise "whiskey" as "whisky" is also open to debate. I'm told the Welsh one is very good. And, yeah, I was ignoring whiskeys.

Scotty CTA
Quite amazing. So, from what I can gather you've dropped the bit about me being a mod/admin... No, what I said was that you 'accidentally on purpose' tried to give that impression with the thread you started on uploading avatars. ...and it's now that I browbeat Jude on the internet. No, always was. I'm on record as saying that a few times previously. The threads are still there. They're not examples of the board at its finest, and I'm not happy with the way I got involved... Those are some that spring to mind as being particularly unpleasant. No doubt there are posts from me on there that lacked my characteristic gallantry and joi de vivre... I guess that's the best we'll get from you, so apology accepted. And now this. You've been trawling the web to find photos of me. Nope, I never did that once. (Somebody's husband might have though.) That's it Scotty. Whatever utter shite you choose to post in response will get no reply from me, I just can't be arsed with this any more. I have to admit that you following Jude around the board with your condescending know-it-all demeaning superior tone hasn't sat well with me. (Bullying generally doesn't.) If you'd just accepted that your flirtatious PM's weren't appreciated, or if you'd have picked on someone your own 'size' then we wouldn't have had to go down this road. Scotty CTA
Right you 2 or 3 : have your daft arguments elsewhere please. This was quite a relevant post... Apologies. I think we're done (unless someone wants to kick it off again.) Back to our regular scheduled programming... Scotland represents just 8.3% of the UK population. G-Man
Sorry for my part in this, MK. I'll start a new thread. Don't thank him, he's a one legged female Burmese table top dancer. Talk about creating a false persona.
faddyisyerdaddy
Thought I would give this a bump. Just passed TT's original post to a work colleague who was a firm NO , someone who in the past has organised a street party for the royal wedding(not that there's anything wrong with that just giving you a flavour) Anyway she is now an undecided and is away to read up more over the weekend.
