andyD
Hard not to feel a bit miffed when a Scotsman gets 2 assists in a game, but isn't mentioned at all in the write up... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47301080

Chripper
Is it surprising? The English are fine "backing" Scotland in a condescending fashion, because we're often garbage, but when we're actually good the truth comes out and the daggers usually get drawn. He just made a simple pass to Origi, who still had a lot of work to do to score.

To the box, dragging three players with him, and suddenly there a big space for Origi to step into and shoot. He really did give some assistance. One of the reasons Liverpool fans adore him. How many 21 year old men would tell his friends and family to give to charity instead of buying him gifts? Usually the more a young lad has, the more he wants and the greedier he becomes.

Chripper
Well, I think Phil Neville is a bit of a fan: "Andy Robertson, I think he is the most improved player I have ever seen in the Premier League. His energy, his quality. The best left-back I see in Europe at this moment in time."

For once I agree with Chripper Having lived in the south east now for three years this is what you regularly encounter when it comes to sports, especially football and rugby.
