Same three teams at the top (occupying either first, second, or third) means that the top three teams haven't changed. I know that you're trying to say something clever, but any permutation would make my statement correct. 6 hours ago, Squirrelhumper said: Aberdeen end erupts when Killie open the scoring hahahaha You'd get a standing ovation from us AFTER (and only AFTER) the game. On a related note, Leicester went top for the first time on 5th December (so did we) and then went on to play the defending champions (Chelsea) and beat them 2-1 in their next game. Just thought I'd put that out there. Fair enough mate. Saturday should ba a cracker then. 🙂

They need these guys to step up and take their chance like Ryan Christie did If their depth of squad is to be a strength. Motherwell had a few good years under Stuart McCall with a core of about 15 players. Quality over quantity. If things are going well and you avoid injuries etc. You can build a momentum. With European football and players away on international duty, Celtic have to rotate a bit, but Killie will be hoping to play the same 11 players most weeks. Very good points. Big Ramy 1314
I honestly think Killie are for real. I think they will battle Sevco for 2nd. So here we go. I'm no changing my mind again. Celtic Sevco/ Killie
Squirrelhumper
Big month for us. Next 3 games are Hamilton, Motherwell and St Mirren. Rest of the top 6 all have games against each other and will drop points so a chance to really push on.
Scotty CTA
Dandies have their next three at home... Dundee, Hearts, then Celtic. (Doable) Sevco is away to Hibs and St. Johnstone, then home to Hibs. (Ouch)

dandydunn
Aberdeen quietly going about their business, glad we’ve been written off. Played shite, Killie been amazing, Rangers are back 🙈, yet we’re 1 point off the top of the table

While Rangers also have a tough run of Hibs (x2), Celtic and St Johnstone away. 3 wins for AFC (which is clearly going to be a tough task) and we could go in to the Christmas break at the top of the league Sammy Cosgrove and May look like a partnership and McLennan has meant GMS hasn't been missed too much. Rolling hIlls
As i have said before this season is best i can remember for other teams being involved. I think celtic have the same factor they had in recent seasons. Obviously i would to see rangers winning rhe league this year but would also love to see killie go the distance and dons rivalry. Good league for a change.

Unfortunately the hardcore "McInnes Out" brigade never seem to remember that from one year to the next... I think that people have every right to question why we've been so poor this season. We lost McLean (which we knew about in January) and we chose to let Rooney go. McInnes has brought in May for £400k (2017), Cosgrove (Jan 2018) for £30k, Forrester for circa £250k and Gleeson to replace these guys. I don't think it's unfair to question if that £700k outlay has been wisely spent. Particularly as Gleeson and Forrester can't even get on the pitch. He's known about losing players and if he's failed to replace them, then that's his fault. It's good to see he's finally prepared to try playing 2 up front. Although monumentally frustrating that he never tried it at all last season when we had Greg Stewart (who's now tearing up the league playing as a second striker for Killie). There's plenty McInnes deserves to be criticised for, so i don't think attempting to label those doing so as some sort of blinkered "brigade" is correct, nor fair. It is always easier to attract players when you are flying high and I'm sure Clarke will be looking to strengthen if he can. However, when you are doing well, there is always the risk of players being taken away. There must be loads of clubs looking at the likes of Taylor, Findlay, Jones. Brophy and others.
