Poor management? Poor attitude? I think the main contributory factor is the different styles which the two teams play. At Aberdeen his job was to stay wide and get the ball into the box as quickly as possible where as at Celtic the style of play is more possession based, you've got too get between the lines, in behind defences and pick the right passes which he is not capable of. As I've said previously though, he's not alone, there's many players signed over the years who don't fit with what we are trying to do and we sign them anyway.
