Now we’re not even getting tickets for the best stand in the house until later on 😂😂

These cunts are unfuckingbelievable.

I agree with the idea of selling in batches to reduce the chance of having empty sections but personally I would do it the other way around though, start from the north stand and then work round rather than starting at the south stand

We’ve always sold in batches, we have never started from the south stand and round though. It’s simply another fucking pathetic and petty move by the morons in charge.

There’s genuinely no words to describe the people in charge of Scottish football right now.

To be fair, while it’s frustrating to hold back the best seats, for segregation etc. It’s the only way to do it really.

Means the guys who actually go to games will all be in the worst seats though.

Will Aberdeen sell 20,000+?

Seems strange that it hasnt really been an issue for the last what, 20-25 years since Hampden was redeveloped?

Rangers are guaranteed to sell the tickets so probably

Aye right then. I wouldn't trust the cunts with a ten bob loan.

If they start by selling AFC the best seats available, then yes.

Took more than double that to ParkRed (and we were still asking for more).

At the last semi-final 6 months(ish) ago the attendance was circa 18k, and that was including the Motherwell fans and sponsors etc.

Another spectacular failure from those in charge. That game should have been at tynecastle or Easter road

What trust do you need if Rangers were paying the money up front??

In sniggering at the mere thought that they could.

So....

Any Aberdeen fan who wants a decent seat in the north stand instead of behind the goals needs to wait until they get the extra ticket allocation.  Only they won’t get the extra tickets because people aren’t buying the shite seats.

So enough people will need to buy the shite seats to ensure they can get an allocation for the decent seats. But then they’ll have already bought their ticket. For a shite seat.

Perfectly logical. If you are an idiot. Now I see why the SPFL went with this idea.

Well summarised. It’s yet more nonsense and only serves to highlight yet further their incompetence. It shouldn’t make any difference to the authorities which set of supporters buy the tickets so split the stadium in half, charge both teams up front and away we go.

Where’s the neutrality in giving Rangers a bigger initial allocation?

Not only are Rangers being given more tickets but they are also being given their usual neutral dressing room

The rest of Scottish football need to find a bit of backbone and stand up for what’s right

The SFA and SPFL need stripped from top to bottom. They best way to do that is simply boycott all matches. It will never happen though as far too many people in this country think they are better than the next man and want everyone to think they are a more loyal supporter

Scottish football fans are our own worst enemies. We’ve been taken for granted for decades for have been happy to do so, and will be happy to be shafted for many more decades to come

I don't think giving Rangers an initial allocation of more than Aberdeen is unfair, providing it is no more than 50% of the total allocation. Rangers will sell that immediately, so they would need the extra allocation straight away (there are around 28k season ticket holders who are signed up to get tickets for cup games automatically and that's before the supports clubs and club sponsors etc get there tickets). With regards to the way the tickets are sold in batches selling the south stand first, I imagine it's because thete are more seats there which are considered prime seats than there would be in the north stand (as much as everyone knows the north stand is significantly better)
