Things for next season

This time next year we’ll be in a strong position if ...

- Burke gets 40+ starts for West Brom.

- Gauld makes the Sporting first team as a regular starter.

- Mikey Johnston makes the Celtic first team on a reasonably regular basis

- Morgan makes the Celtic first team on a very regular basis - it will be interesting which position.

- Hendry plays 20+ games at centere half for Celtic

- Hornby plays first team football for someone

- Cochrane becomes too good for Hearts

- McKenna goes for millions to a better league and plays first team football.

- McRorie nails down a position and continues to improve

- Gilmour fills out

- McTominay a regular for Man Utd

- Armstrong does well in the EPL

World domination should follow the season after that.

Hope that J, Archer / J. Hamilton / Z. Clarke have really good seasons and there is some younger competition for the GK position

Also hope that Marshall regains a first team spot and plays well all season as Gordon and McGregor have a limited amount of time left and no real back up

I can see Robbie McRorie moving up the pecking order, certainly by the season after next.

After Archer’s appalling game in Peru, no thanks. He was woefully bad.

Zander Clarke?!

Mcrorie will get a cap before he does.

Zander Clark(Saints official number 1) is nowhere near as bad as some think. The reason he will never get a cap is that he doesn’t play for the Old-Firm or in England. So, you’re probably correct.

Plenty of non old firm players/non English based players get caps.

Look at the last Scotland squad to prove you are speaking pish.

In competitive games?

Struggling to think of any of late that would deserve caps in competitive games, can you?

I'm fairly certain at least McKenna (and McGinn if he's still there) will play in the upcoming competitive games.

Fairly sure O'Donnell and Shinnie will be in and around the squad too. Apart from that I'd struggle to name any non old firm Scottish based players who should be in a squad.

You’re honestly going to judge the last squad when every dick and his dog pulled out? Fuck, they had nowhere else to go except the “diddy” teams.

Don't think I'm the only one having serious doubts about Mcginn. McKenna will but will he still be at Aberdeen?
