Actually there is another firm which has the same directors, and it looks as if the business is being transferred across. This is just a smoke and mirrors con trick. I've got absolutely no doubt that they'll be back in the some form or another. Real scandal is that even this morning BBC were reporting CA as Facebook data scandal when the real issue is their links to the British Government and their undermining of democracy.
