DoonTheSlope
If you think it's sexist to suggest that wummin's fitbaw shouldn't be getting promoted on the SFA page then just wait until David Beckham or some other handsome cünt plays in Scotland then you'll see what sexism really is

runningtings
I take my daughter to the women's games when I can, she also plays herself for a team. There is of course a place for women's football, if you don't like it, don't watch it.
ErsatzThistle
Organised competitive women's football has existed for over one hundred years. Look it up. It is not something new that the non-existent "PC Brigade" have come up with to just to annoy red blooded heterosexual males as some on this thread seem to think. Although she didn't make the grade I was extremely proud of my young cousin when she was called up to attend a Scotland Under 17 training camp five years ago. She was so excited and my Uncle and Grandad were proud as punch. Women have just as much entitlement to be professional footballers just as the men do. Toepoke
Disappointing performance away to Switzerland there. Think they'll need to beat Poland in Paisley next week to have a chance of reaching the World Cup.
Toepoke
Great win tonight, they left it late but got the points in spite of an indifferent performance.
Hertsscot
BBC reporting even more rubbish than usual. Has headline that we beat Norway with three late goals. Talk about sloppy standards! BBC aside good win against the Poles.
Toepoke
Quite a few hundred Polish fans were there intermingled throughout the crowd, obviously almost all from the Glasgow area but it was good to see. And I got in free with my new SSC card, another fiver saved Edited April 11, 2018 by Toepoke
weekevie04
Watched a bit of the game and we looked fortunate to win. An impressive 3-0 on paper, but Poland caused a lot of trouble and winning there will be quite difficult if that performance is repeated. Toepoke
Taking the weans over to the Falkirk stadium tonight for the Belarus game. In true Scotland style it's a must win with 4 still to play....

PASTA Mick
HT: 1-1. Cuthbert scored. She's a cracking player. Poor finishing from us is making this a game. We should be out of sight.

KirkieRobRoy
Ultimately a good win but I suspect the cutting edge has gone a bit since the change of manager.

The build up play was pretty good but they'll need to take their chances better away to Poland on Tuesday. Belarus could do us a favour by surprising the Swiss too. Thought she might have had a howler for the first, but watching it again the ball seemed to take a deflection off the defender's toe.
