Tartan_Don Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 I'm a massive fan of the Sevens game and definitely feel oor national team deserve a mention. After last year's performances especially in Paris and London the team seems to be getting stronger. We are 3 tournaments in (Dubai, Cape Town and Wellington) Currently sat 4th in the table behind South Africa and Fiji who are different leagues fae everyone else. Five points behind the English who we turned over in the quarter finals in NZ. So, so far one 4th place and one 3rd place finish. I think we need to be promoting sevens across the country, as it is a gateway to getting people (particularly women) into the broader rugby family.
