Mitre
Had a few nips of Glen Grant 10 at the weekend. A surprisingly smooth dram. It was only 35 notes for a litre in duty free as well. Rated.

in5omniac
No idea of how good it is but Aldi are selling a 30YO single malt for £50 at the moment. Their fictional "Glen Marnoch" brand: https://www.aldi.co.uk/glen-marnoch-1988-single-malt/p/086767248318300 Also Master of Malt are selling the Glenfiddich Winter Storm for £150 just now, usually £200, nice dram - one of their experimental series finished in icewine casks. Tartan_McCole
I picked up their Ben Bracken Islay 28YO a year or so back and it was very nice. I likely could have picked up a Lagavulin 16YO for the same price, but it was worth the gamble. Tartan_McCole
Swung by the local Aldi and picked one up. Definitely worth a gamble regardless. Down to £40!
Big Ramy 1314
Oban for me. I do not drink whiskey very often, so I do not mind spending the extra dosh. Oban is expensive here in Ottawa. Drambuie is my fav. 🙂
