I have a family emergency that means I can’t be away for four days. Just cancelled my flights and hotel rooms. I have two tickets for “Hear the noise” Skerryvore, Tartan specials etc In New York on the 11th. Im looking at £50 for the two. If anyone’s interested please drop me a message. Also have tickets to the New York Mets on the 12th & Brooklyn Cyclones on the 10th & 11th. Listed two Cat 1 tickets on the Scotland Ticket exchange at £450 each as well if anyone’s interested.

I wouldn’t use them. I bought two tickets from them for the Haiti game when I thought the tournament was sold out. They added an insane amount of fees on. I think I paid well over £950 per ticket (£1900 for two). Initially I was told by Vivid that I would get the tickets Seven days before kick off. It’s gradually been knocked down to the Afternoon of the match. I didnt want the stress of not knowing if I would have the tickets or not so I got two tickets off FIFA resale market place when it opened for £600 each. The fact Vivid have pushed back ticket delivery suggests to me that they are aware prices will nose dive on the day and they can get two tickets off market place for £50-100 and then send them to me meaning a hefty profit for them. I’m then stuck with two worthless tickets I can’t even sell on. If I was you I would wait until the day of the match.

How long ago did you purchase if you don’t mind saying? Mine for Haiti are still saying they will be transferred by the afternoon of the match and I purchased in November

I think there are more than a million if you include those of Haitian descent. I think about 300k Haitians entered America between 2021-2025 alone. I think there will be far more Haitians than people think. If the UK banned travel/immigration from Italy, Ireland or China I’m sure they could still fill out the away end at Hampden, Windsor park or Wembley.

Ive always loved Belle & Sebastian, I’ve seen them live three times but this song Sucks. Describing the Tartan army as the army of peace is very FIFA/BONO. I’ve been secretly hoping for an official SFA version of Rocking all over the world with John McGinn rapping in the middle.

For anyone worried about how we’re going to get on at the World Cup you can Relax. My Dad’s been watching Scottish football for over 70 years so he knows his stuff. When he makes a prediction it usually comes true! I’ve just opened my birthday card from him and he’s had a vision.

I never understood the confederation thing. Surely playing a team with a similar style of play is more important. It’s like River Plate having an important match against Liverpool to prepare for so playing Bradford city in a friendly. Would Croatia not have been a better team to play in preparation for the Morrocco match? likewise the Netherlands or Ecuador to prepare for Brazil? Obviously it comes down to availability and willingness of teams but like I say I’ve never understood the need to play teams from the same confederation.

I know Steve Clarke likes to stay loyal to his players which is admirable but the World Cup is going to be a damp squib if we carry on with Dykes, Adam’s & Hirst. I know squad morale and cohesion is massive but surely Stewart, Shankland & Bowie would give us a far better chance at progression.

Looks like there are more sections opened up for the Scotland Haiti game. Same prices as yesterday though.

I’ve sacked off the train and booked onto a coach via Rally.co. I’m not confident there’s going to be enough space on these trains either going or coming back. Also I couldn’t go the twenty minute walk from the Cavern club to Hill Dickinson stadium last week without nearly pissing my kilt twice. Never mind standing in a train queue for three hours. Tbh it’s a shame the English aren’t playing in Boston first. Those Baboons would smash the train station to pieces in frustration and then the foxborough authorities would have to make sure everything was sorted out properly for when we arrived.

The Euros JD sport one is what I was thinking of. Daft they haven’t released another one with the World Cup coming up.
