  1. Clarke's sensitivity to getting called a Fenian bastard as Kilmarnock manager should mean he isn't even on our shortlist.
  2. Back to talking about his off field antics every second week. Must be a massive distraction for the players
  3. It'll be Alan Stubbs, Lennon, Ramy or Paul the Tim. No chance we'll get better than BR
  4. That suggests to me that Leicester were speaking to BR (and probably Lawwell) before sacking Peul
  5. Expected him to leave but not midway through the season. Neil Lennon coming back is probably a bigger blow to me right now than losing Rodgers. He doesn't have the temperament to be a football manager. Title race back on and all talk of a treble treble will be over by Saturday I predict. Sickening
  6. Heading to the Carnaby club as soon we get off the train from Rome
  7. I thought Christie was expected back for the Aberdeen game on 9th March and would likely just miss the two games this week? If so then he'll be available. Has Armstrong been starting for Southampton recently?
  8. You'd have to think that Russia and Belgium will beat Cyprus, San Marino and Kazakhstan home and away so we're looking to do the same and create a sort of mini league between us and them, so a draw would be a disaster imo. I'd also have McGinn ahead of McTominay but the rest of that team looks decent enough. Tierney's done well at RB before for us. If Burke keeps scoring for Celtic then he might get in ahead of Fletcher. Just a pity we don't have Griffiths available as he would start ahead of them both.
  9. The use of the word apparently would suggest the reports are unconfirmed, so how do you expect them to confirm which club the (alleged) attackers supported? And why would it matter?
  10. I've met him a few times at away games and he's always been spot on but can see why that would annoy you as a Motherwell fan.
  11. I only caught the tail end of it but I think he was down getting treatment before it. Either way, it's unprofessional and I'm glad he made an arse of Aguero's penalty.
  12. I felt at 2-1 we were ready to lose the plot a bit, so really good under the circumstances. Jack Hendry isn't likely to ever be a Celtic great but some of our "supporter's" reaction to him making a missed place pass is fucking shameful. He actually made a good headed clearance not long before we got the third but none of them will remember or care about that
  13. Goggled it there and my memory is playing tricks on me. Sutton didn't score it but he was the one who played on. Not bad considering it was 22 years ago mind you
  14. I was at Highbury for a Blackburn rovers game many years ago and Chris Sutton scored from a similar situation. I'm looking forward to hearing his thoughts on it....
  15. Poor from them but within the rules I suppose. I'd rather talk about young Henderson's performance than them. Very impressive. Hell of a free kick from Eduoard as well. Good to see him back among the goals, also with a rare header too.
  16. I had accepted it in August after that shambles of a transfer window. He's still young though, plenty of time to go back down there. Potentially doing the 10 with us is once in a lifetime.
  17. Yes, so I'm hoping that the pull of being the one who could possibly take us to 10 in a row will be enough to keep him here.
  18. I don't believe any of the big 6 would take him straight from Celtic. More likely a Leicester or Southampton first, then move on to a bigger job if he does well.
  19. Just had that discussion with my mates, I believe he will be. Hope I'm wrong though.
  20. Aye or are familiar with how the point system works either. I don't think I'm missing much. Plus Rolling Hills keeps us entertained in the one I can view.
