  1. I'm banned from them all except banned tambers, ironically.
  2. Do you have any more details about the Ted Christopher thing?
  3. 7.25pm we fly to Milan so would have time to watch it in the centre then head to the airport I suppose. A guy in work recommend the Western Bar for watching it but have since found out the daft cunt was sending me to a strippers🤣
  4. Cheers. So there should be a Bar in Edinburgh airport showing it then hopefully. Will this mean sky has all the games of the campaign?
  5. Do we know which channel is going to be showing this and the other games yet?
  6. In the past week I've bought the home top we beat Holland wearing in 2004, the diadora home top from 2005/6 that we wore when we drew 1-1 with Italy and a white Scotland collection t shirt from eBay for less than £20 for all 3. So far I've received the t shirt and 2005/6 top and both were in perfect condition. Always worth having a look on there first
  7. Nobody will be able to buy a ticket for you unless it's with their own membership, and if they're making the trip then obviously they'll be using it themselves. Don't worry about it too much though, I would imagine anyone travelling will get a ticket eventually. Official or otherwise.
  8. Edgar Davids gave me a pen at France 98 and Bomber Brown once tried to skip me and an ATM outside central station. Not quite as impressive as your list mind you, Ramy.
  9. "Funny" story from when me and the missus visited Belfast a few years back. Went on one of those open top double decker tour bus and the woman doing the speaking spent an hour telling us how much things have changed in the north, pretty much suggesting that all sectarianism had disappeared, then we turned up to some loyalist area and the locals made the bus re-route as they were out for a Sunday afternoon orange walk. We did get some magnificent views of the bonfires with effigies of the pope and flags of the ROI on our alternative route though. I assumed they were also fans of the barmaid from EastEnders because they had KAT written everywhere as well...
  10. Ok well if he means he's not had it personally then I suppose that could be true. But sounds like he's implying that it's worse here than over here, which simply isn't true. I also don't believe it's as big a problem as here as some people make out. Other than having songs sung at football, and the odd run in with an orange walk, being Catholic in Scotland hasn't affected me much and I'm 33. Ideally the songs (and the orange order) would go away, but i don't think Scotland is this hotbed of sectarianism that some people hysterically make out after a few chants by morons at a football game. I doubt most of them even care outside the football either tbh.
  11. To be fair, if Tom English said that then he's either a lying bastard or must have been in a coma when he was living in Northern Ireland.
  12. I didn't have a go at you. I just asked you a question. I couldn't care less how many games you go or don't go to, I just suggested that it may be the reason you think we're all sad cunts for following a football team, and you're so much cooler.
  13. You've used that one a few times. What is it specifically that means others have their life revolve round a football team, but you don't? A guy who also has thousands of posts on a football message board. Is it because you don't go to games and other people do, or something else? Edit to add that this was another raging post, so Debian was indeed correct about you
  14. Spfl rules state that there must be a "reasonable amount" set aside for visiting supporters but not a percentage. I was under the impression that the cup was 20% though. Anyway no sympathy for the club who reduced our traditional allocation because they couldn't handle us coming there and lording it over them. Fuck them.
  15. Grown men calling refering to themselves as bears always cracks me up. Especially when they take offence to the lyrics "we don't care what the animals say".
  16. Being mates with the guy who owns the pub and several of the members means I see a lot of their stuff popping up on Facebook, not YouTube, but close enough😁 I've always said that if I was an away fan then I wouldn't pay to go to Celtic park. I always thought we should move them round a bit when we hadn't sold as many season tickets. With the obvious exceptions of course...
  17. Sunday will be a good competitive game I think, with Motherwell's recent form and the reasons about us playing on Thursday that you mentioned. Just a pity it has to be a Sunday, as it usually kills the atmosphere for various reasons.
  18. I'm sure Dave King would have been happy for Celtic to get the full Broomloan and 2k of the Govan stand had they drawn Celtic at home🤣
  19. "That's not very nice, please be more considerate" hahaha fuck me man. Your post above is what football rivalry is all about. We take it on the chin and don't cry about it. All your post highlights is that you're perhaps too sensitive to be watching football.
  20. Yip. 10 in a row is going to absolutely shatter them. Same when Celtic overtake the dead club's titles. Expect tears, snotters and plenty of bear on bear violence. It's going to be fucking beautiful
