I contacted the Austrian tourist board who put me in touch with a charter company based in Hainburg. I'm sure the Hungarian tourist board would do the same for you, although as Wanderer says it might be considerably more expensive. You can but try?

Got some more information on our journey time there. We will have some locks to negotiate at Wien. I think the technical term is sluicing? But that's where the extra time comes in.

Dunno what happened there? Technical mishap. Anyway, my Austrian friends are saying 3.5 hours travelling time to Bratislava.
