  1. Ridiculous from Archer, hasn't looked comfortable since the beginning of the game. Shame as we were looking relatively comfortable.
  2. Sidewards step but hey, could be worse, at least it's not Malky Mackay!
  3. BBC's Chris McLaughlin reporting that Michael O'Neill is the man wanted by the Scottish FA. Not surprised at all!

    New jerseys?

Wasn't planning on purchasing the new one however if that's it then I'm going to have to! Fantastic design!
  5. We need to now calm down and keep the ball. Slovenia looked threatening by the end of the 2nd half due to us being sloppy. Would possibly take Chris Martin off and take on another midfielder on?
  6. YAAAASSS!! Now just to wait for the Slovenia goal before half time ??
  7. Well, here we go folks, strap yourselves in, it'll be a tense one!!
  8. Cmoonn, full time! Over to you Scotland!!
  9. 3-2 BELGIUM!! ?? That *should* be that ?
  10. Gordon Tierney.....Berra.....Mulgrew....Robertson Fletcher......McArthur Forrest.....McGregor......Anya/Phillips Griffiths If still 0-0 at half time, subs need to be used efficiently! No time for pandering about, its do or die now! Be brave, go three at the back if need be and be more attacking! However it's Strachan so everything will be done 10 minutes too late! Would love to see McGinn in there but feel this game is too highly pressured for him - personally feel like it would be throwing him into the deep end to play him from the start! McGregor possibly the same however, he's played in Champions League nights for Celtic so I trust him. Also, one mistake inside our half from a CM like McGinn could be costly.
  11. I will only begin panicking if Belgium don't get something from tomorrows game against Bosnia. It's fun speculating however I'm still worried about Sunday - please Scotland!!
  12. Just have this looming feeling that Lithuania will be another Malta moment. Think I heard they play on an astro pitch? Really hope this won't affect the players performances, managers now-a-days always moan that it makes a big difference, does it??
  13. Aye I can see where you're coming from, I think it's due to coming from such a high to being so low that's done it in such quick succession. Feels like a loss right now but will appreciate the point in a couple of days!
  14. Wow this really hurts, probably up there with the most emotional pain I've felt after a football game. 2-1 up with 2 minutes to go and we blow it. If somebody offered me a draw before the game I'd have taken it, but it's the fashion in which we lost that last goal. Gutted. PS. Not saying we played well and deserved it, however from the position we were in its hard to take!
  15. Literally no words, absolutely unbelievable.
  16. Iwobi - A regular starter. Wilshire - (Bournemouth on loan) who is an excellent player however a career full of injuries has hampered him massively. Gibbs - Unless injured always either on the bench or starting. Bellerin - Again another regular starter. Szczesney - Currently on loan at Roma. I know 2 of those players named are currently on loan elsewhere however in the past have been regular starters for Arsenal before going on loan. In the past players such as Ashley Cole, Tony Adams, Martin Keown, Paul Merson to name a few all have come through the Arsenal youth system. Arsenal out of the 'top 6' clubs in England are one of the best for giving youth academy players a chance - they may not be great, but better than others!
  17. Tierney is such a talent, absolutely massive potential, big big player for us now and in the future for us - credit to Strachan for taking the gamble and putting him on the right. Armstrong disappeared slightly in the second half however popped up at the right time and created a bit of magic for us. All credit to Chris Martin tonight also, came onto the pitch greeted by boos (which I accept were probably directed at the manager for making the 'wrong' change in the eyes of the fans) however scored the winner. Anybody not happy with winning that because it 'keeps Strachan in the job' need to have a look at themselves. No matter what, you should always be behind your team to win when they step onto the park. Don't get me wrong, I want Strachan gone however, tonight he got it right and people need to appreciate that.
  18. Can't believe we haven't scored yet. Really hope we don't come to regret these missed chances.
  19. Scotland vs Canada CONFIRMED. Wednesday 22nd of March at Easter Road - 7:45 kick-off!
