Managed to get a taxi sorted that will take me from Podgorica airport direct to Shkoder on the Saturday for £40. If any other TA are arriving on the Budapest to Podgorica Wizz Air flight that gets in at 13:25 want to join then let me know, we've got 2 spaces.

Hi Davy Blue Panorama have changed our flight time out of Tirana on the Sunday which has messed up the connection. I am looking at rebooking but if we do it'll be via Podgorica rather than Tirana so I won't be needing our 2 spots on the bus, the spaces might be use to somebody else! We were on the airport drop off bus. Great effort organising all this!

Barney, I'm looking for a bit of advice re travelling to/from Podgorica to Shkoder. We've been hit with a couple of flight time changes which mean going via Tirana isn't an option anymore so looking at rebooking via Podgorica. We would arrive on the Saturday lunchtime and be leaving about the same time on the Sunday which mean the bus times don't look like they will work. In your experience would it be pretty straight forward organising a taxi from the airport to Shkoder or will there be hassle with them not wanting to cross the border? Thanks

Agree on Fletcher. Would have been an easy experienced head for McLeish to bring along given the call offs and I doubt he’d have asked not to be picked. Other than an injury crisis he won’t be back. I would expect to see McArthur in the squad in September and he would possibly start in a deeper role.

Fair point - I’d forgotten home friendlies are part of the Sky package tbh. Will be interesting to see where the rights to the next away friendly goes, particularly if the games a bit more of draw. Although with the new Nations League/Euro qualifier route there will be fewer friendlies so could be a year or so until we find out!

I expect the real reason is there is little appeal from Sky to pay for what is effectively two Scotland ‘B’ games which kick off in the middle of the night. The SFA will be selling to the highest bidder regardless of Regan and when the ‘glamour’ friendlies against Portugal and Belgium come round in the autumn they’ll be on Sky, along with the Nations League (I know they are home friendliest but I think the point stands)
